Here's a look at how we'll work together to make your event extra special! 

Map Design

Our map designs + your event customization.

• Digital Mockups: We will provide digital mockups of Map Designs options tailored for your event.
• Product Mix: Organizers will select up to 3 Map Designs and choose the types and options of products to offer to their attendees.
• Physical Samples: If time and location permits, we will supply physical samples for selected products. Samples can be displayed locally and used as gifts/prizes during the event.

Pricing Options

You choose - fundraise or offer discounts.

• Pricing Model Options: Organizers will choose one of the following pricing options for their event:
• Fundraising Option: Once ordering is complete, we will contribute 15% of all sales placed through the dedicated web page to your event.
• Discount Option: We will automatically apply a 15% discount for shoppers when placing their online order.

Order Management

You promote + we process orders.

• Dedicated Web Page: Organizers will receive a link to their own shopping page on the Red Door Maps website to share with attendees.
• Delivery Options: At checkout, shoppers will choose between free delivery to the special event or paid shipping to their address.
• Closing Date: Together, we will agree on a date to close orders being shipped to the event - at least two weeks prior to the event. Note: the dedicated web page will stay available, but free pickup at the event will no longer be a shipping option.

Delivery Logistics

We package and ship + you distribute.

• Shipping Costs: We will complete all orders and ship those ordered for free delivery to the event before the event date.
• Order Packaging: Each order will be individually packaged and labelled for easy distribution by organizers at the event.
• Distribution at Event: Organizers will arrange for pick-up of orders at the event. We will email pick-up instructions to attendees who have placed orders.
